Cancellation Prior to Shipment
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email
- Upon approval, the entire order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Orders After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- Customers may request a return after delivery in line with our Return & Refund Policy
Changes to Orders
- Product or delivery address modifications are not permitted after order placement
- If changes are required, eligible orders must be cancelled and a new order placed
